The reference IW324008 was introduced as part of IWC’s Pilot’s Watch collection and features a 36 mm stainless steel case, making it one of the more wearable pilot watches in the lineup. The watch is fitted with a sapphire crystal. This example dates to 01.01.2015 and features a beautiful blue dial, giving the watch a striking appearance while maintaining the functional design expected from a pilot’s watch. The watch is fitted with a Hirsch strap and the original IWC folding clasp. The model was discontinued towards the end of 2026. Why we love it: The 36 mm case size is perfect in our view and makes the watch extremely comfortable to wear. While many modern pilot watches have grown significantly in size, this reference remains elegant and versatile on the wrist. We also love the blue dial, which is very striking and changes beautifully depending on the light, giving the watch a unique character.
