Datejust 16234 'White'
Datejust 16234 'White'
Rolex
Presented here is a Rolex Datejust reference 16234. The watch is powered by the Rolex calibre 3135. It features the classic date function with quickset adjustment for easy everyday use.
The reference 16234 was produced from approximately 1988 until 2005. It succeeds earlier five-digit Datejust references and was later replaced by newer six-digit models. The watch features a 36 mm stainless steel case with an 18k white gold fluted bezel and is fitted with a sapphire crystal.
The K936XXX serial number dates the watch back to 2001. It is fitted with a Jubilee bracelet which is in excellent condition with nearly no stretch. The original green caseback sticker is still present on the watch.
Why we love it:
The Datejust is one of the most classic Rolex watches ever made. The reference 16234 is especially appealing to us, as it represents the perfect everyday Rolex, especially with the iconic Jubilee bracelet. The white dial is particularly beautiful and clean. We also love that this example is in very good condition, with almost no stretch in the bracelet and even the original green caseback sticker still intact. Also the lugs are still thick and not overpolished.
